B&B SERVICE DETAILS

Our B&B service includes all of the perks of our regular clean, as well as inventory managment, re-stocking and laundry or dishes, should you have appliances in-house.  This product listing is for an initial in-person intake, which we will do with you in your rental property, before booking regular services.  The intake time is to take inventory of all items and document or setup fine details of your space.   In doing so we ensure we create or re-create all of your steps of service to high standards each time.  This also provides you with an extra level of insurance that belongings are where they belong after the departure of all visitors.  Should you choose re-stocking services, the items for re-stocking will be determined during this time as well. 

Upon completion of the intake, you will recieve a package that includes customized inventory control and re-stocking sheets as well as detailed steps of service for your homemaker to follow while servicing each of the spaces specific to your home.  Upon your review, we happily sign a contract to have our homemakers begin regular services or leave you with your custom created guidebook to hand over to a homemaker of your choosing.

Here are some of the things we complete during a regular cleaning service...

  • A thorough dust of all ceilings, walls, cabinetry, lighting and furniture   
  • A deep, sanitizing clean of all surfaces, sinks, showers, tubs, baths and toilets 
  • Shuffling of small furniture to ensure a free-flowing, cosmetic floor plan
  • Utilization of home accents for maximum aesthetic and a streamlined look
  • A spot clean of windows, walls, doors and exterior entries
  • A deep kitchen clean, inside and out; fridge/cupboards/drawers/appliances
  • A deep clean inside and out of your oven, stove, hood range and fan filters
  • Garbage clean up and removal or storage
